Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing prior to shipment or pickup readiness. Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive a tracking number by email for reference. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear once the package has been scanned by the carrier.

Shipping transit times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of your order.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Most orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, with select shipments sent through UPS or DHL when applicable.

Please note that orders placed during high-volume launches, promotions, holidays, or special release periods may require additional processing time.

Shipping Policy

Please ensure all shipping information is entered accurately at checkout. 2BDesired is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping fees required to resend the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, 2BDesired is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. For delivery-related concerns, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged for suspicious activity, payment verification concerns, or inventory discrepancies.

In-Store Pickup

Orders selected for in-store pickup will receive an email notification once ready for collection. Please wait until you receive your order pickup confirmation email before arriving, as processing times may vary depending on inventory location.

To retrieve an in-store pickup order, the customer must present the pickup confirmation email and a valid government-issued photo ID matching the order name at the time of collection.

Pickup orders must be collected at the location selected during checkout.
